29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. (a) On or about 11/3/2015, an employee of Valiant Construction LLC was using a sealant (eye and skin irritant) while working at Building 204 At the Mountain Home TN VA Medical Center and the employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present and have it available on site. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

(a) On or about 11/3/2015, an employee of Valiant Construction LLC was using a sealant (eye and skin irritant) while working at Building 204 At the Mountain Home TN VA Medical Center and the employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET). Valiant Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 946397, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on (12/18/2013), with respect to a workplace located at VA Medical Center, Lamont St & Veterans Way, Mountain Home, TN 37684.
