29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries.  a) At the Industry Operations, kitchen area, the Amerex fire extinguisher was free standing on the kitchen counter top and was not mounted to ensure it was available if needed.  The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 995228, citation number 3, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on 12/10/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 8965 S. Eastern Ave., STE 200, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
