29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) On or about September 1, 2020 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to electrical and/or fire hazards where two relocatable power taps (power strips) were series-connected in the investigative analyst office areas located at 8965 South Eastern, Suite 200, Las Vegas, Nevada. The Bureau Of Alcohol, Tobacco And Firearms, Las Vegas Field Office was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1103280, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/04/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 8965 S. Eastern Ave., Ste 200, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
