29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation and ingoing nip points:  On or about October 28, 2015, and times prior to, guarding was not provided on the Bagging Machine, Model P-100, s/n 4183 A, located in OID Subassembly.  This condition exposed employees to the hazard of contact with pinch points and/or the point of operation.
