29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems (a) On or about November 6, 2015 at worksite 3840 NW 94th Street Lot 11, Kansas City, Missouri.-Employees were performing framing operations at an elevated height without any means of fall protection by way of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees were exposed to an 18-24 ft fall hazard to the surfaces below.
