29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a). Worksite located at 4525 Downs Drive, St. Joseph, Missouri- The employer failed to ensure that the electrical equipment being used on the site was free from recognized hazards and employees were exposed to possible shock or electrocution hazards in that multiple extension cords being used on the jobsite had their outer insulation breached and were also missing grounding pins.
