29 CFR 1926.760(c)(3):The boundaries of a Controlled Decking Zone (CDZ) were not designated and clearly marked. The CDZ was not marked by the use of control lines or the equivalent: Worksite located at 3405 S. Belt Highway, St. Joseph, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a metal roof structure in which employees were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. The employer failed to implement a protective CDZ in which the perimeters where not marked by the use of control lines.
