The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp were not provided where the exit route was not substantially level.    Site: 134 West 37th Street, 9th Fl. New York, NY    On or about 10/28/15    a) The pathway leading to the emergency exit door in the rear of the cutting tables was blocked. The path was obstructed with boxes, debris and other stored merchandise.
