On 10/19/2015, an employee from Steve Nunn was installing siding on the side of a three story apartment building located at the Villages at Lake Silvercote on Dry Creek Road in Wentzville, MO.  The employee was installing siding on pump jack scaffolding approximately twenty feet above the ground without any fall protection.
