29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. On 10/19/2015, an employee from Steve Nunn was installing siding on the side of a three story apartment building located at the Villages at Lake Silvercote on Dry Creek Road in Wentzville, MO. The employee was installing siding on pump jack scaffolding approximately twenty feet above the ground without any fall protection.

On 10/19/2015, an employee of Steve Nunns was installing siding on the side of a three story apartment building located at the Villages at Lake Silvercote on Dry Creek Road in Wentzville, MO. He was working on a pump jack scaffolding, which was not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent means at the bottom.
