29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. On 5/10/2017, Steve Nunn was installing siding on the side of a three story apartment building located at 2211 Dry Brook Road in in Wentzville, MO. An employee was not wearing fall protection while working from pump jack scaffolding approximately twenty feet above the ground. Steve Nunn was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i) , which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1104384, Citation 1, Item 1, issued on 11/18/2015, and became Final Order on 12/15/2015 with respect to a workplace located at the Villages at Lake Silvercote on Dry Creek Road in Wentzville, MO.
