29 CFR 1915.152(a): The employer did not provide or ensure each affected employee with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the eyes, face, head, extremities, torso, and respiratory system, including protective clothing, protective barriers, personal fall protection equipment, and life saving equipment, meeting the applicable provisions of Subpart I, wherever employees were exposed to work activity hazards that required the use of PPE. a) Worksite: The employer did not ensure that employees were protected by PPE in the form of seat belts, while operating the Grove hydraulic truck crane. Marine Repair and Maintenance, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1013985, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/26/2015 with respect to a workplace located at 1670 Drydock Avenue Building 177.
