29 CFR 1915.82(b)(3): The employer did not ensure that temporary lights and lighting stringers were maintained in a safe manner: a. On or about November 9, 2015, at Eastern Shipbuilding Group on the Allenton Yard in Hull 253 on the (tween deck), first level below the main deck, the employer did not ensure all electrical lighting operating at 120 volts was properly grounded and safe for use while working in wet and damp areas, exposing employees to electric shock and death.
