29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    a.  On or about November 18, 2015, on the southwest side of a commercial roof, employees were working beneath an employee installing metal roofing sheets on the roof were not wearing hard hats, exposing the employees to the hazard of being struck by falling debris.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems    a.  On or about November 18, 2015, on the southwest side of a 11/12 pitch roof of a new commercial building, employees installing metal roofing was not protected from a 10 feet 4 inch fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection system.    Hertzing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 956975, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on March 31, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 6829 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, FL 32401.
