On or about November 18, 2015, during framing activities on a newly constructed home located on Lake Ridge Way, Columbia Station, Ohio, the employer failed to protect employees from a fall of approximately 12 feet by providing fall protection.    The Cobra Framing Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.502(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1042833, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/21/2015, with respect to a workplace located in Oberlin Ohio.
