29 CFR 1926.502(d)(10)(i): Except as provided in paragraph (d)(10)(ii) of this section, when vertical lifelines were used, each employee was not attached to a separate lifeline. a) 35 Washington St, Waterloo, NY 13165, On or about 11/23/15: Fall protection was not properly used during metal roofing installation on a 5 pitch roof that had a 15 foot 6 inch fall distance. A PFAS lifeline was not attached to an employees harness. The Abe Lincoln Services Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1076690, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/1/15, with respect to a workplace located at 17 Jefferson Avenue, Geneva, NY .
