29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) North Wall of the Nurses Station: A 120 volt relocatable power tap designed and listed to provide power to high concentrations of low powered loads such as; radios, computers, printers etc. was instead used to provide power to a portable heater which is a high powered load.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: a) East wall of Room 405: A 120 volt receptacle outlet cover had the lower right-hand side corner broken off exposing the inner electrical equipment to the elements. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
