29 CFR 1926.501(b)(5): Each employee on the face of formwork or reinforcing steel was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, or positioning device systems: a- 15 Preamble Drive, Block 703, Lot 5.0450, Mt. Laurel NJ: A company Foreman, not using fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 9 feet 2 inches to the ground surface below when walking on top of concrete forms. Condition observed on or about 11/19/15. Marone Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1067029, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/01/15, with respect to a workplace located at 70 College Avenue, New Brunswick NJ.
