29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Jobsite located at 2001 Beach Street, Philadelphia, PA.- The employer did not ensure that employees were utilizing fall protection. Employees were engaged in concrete activities along the 2nd floor of the residential building approximately 20 feet above the ground level, thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. Condition was noted to have occurred on or about September 8, 2021.
