29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: On or about December 1, 2015, and January 6, 2016, and at times prior thereto, at this establishment, employees were exposed to pathogenic fungi, such as, but not limited to, Aspergillus sp., Nigrospora sp., Penicillium sp., Cladosporium sp., Stachybotrys sp., and Sporothrix sp. in the following locations: a. park headquarters, b. visitor center, c. auditorium, d. mobile home, and e. storage unit #2.
