29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: At this facility, employees were exposed to pathogenic fungi, such as, but not limited to, Smuts, Myxomycetes, Periconia, Basidiomycetes, Stachybotrys chartarum, Penicillium/Aspergillus and/or Cladosporium in the following locations: a. park headquarters, c. facility management headquarters, d. turtle lab, e. visitor's center, and f. law enforcement residence. The National Park Service -- Padre Island National Seashore was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1108585, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 20300 Park Road 22, Corpus Christi, Texas 78418.
