29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures in any workplace where respirators were necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators were required by the employer:              a). Eldorado Stone, LLC - A written respiratory protection program was not developed and implemented where respiratory protection was required to protect the health of employees while spraying, filling and pulling stone molds, on or about December 1, 2015.        Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Eldorado Stone, LLC - A spray paint employee was exposed to respirable dust at an eight hour (8) time weighted average (TWA) level of 22.0 mg/m3, approximately 4.45 times the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 5mg/M3. The exposure level was derived from one sample collected over a 491 period, on or about December 5, 2015.         Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

The exposure level was derived from one sample collected over a 491 period, on or about December 5, 2015.         Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
