29 CFR 1926.1427(f)(4): Continuous monitoring. The operator-in-training was not monitored by the operator's trainer at all times, except for short breaks where all of the following are met in sections (f)(4)(i)-(iii): On or about November 25, 2015: a) An operator in training for the company was not under continuous monitoring, exposing employees to struck by hazards, as the trainee was swinging roof truss system in place on a new residential structure. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
