29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(i): The employer failed to ensure rigging equipment had permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer that indicate the recommended safe working load.  On or about December 5, 2019 at the worksite located at 4372 Rock Rose Garden Way in Gainesville, Georgia employees were potential exposed to struck by hazards when the employer failed to ensure that the rigging equipment used to lift wooden roof trusses in place had legible identification markings permanently affixed to the equipment.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
