29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Right side roof (1421 Tullahoma Drive, Prattville, AL); On or about December 1, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 25 feet to the ground below in that employees were allowed to deck the roof without being provided with fall protection. b) Left side of roof (1421 Tullahoma Drive, Prattville, AL); On or about December 1, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 16.7 feet to the ground below in that employees were allowed to install roof joists without being provided with fall protection.
