29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) 8020 Vaughn Road (Montgomery AL); On or about December 3, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the controlling employer U.S. General Construction, Inc. failed to ensure that it's subcontractor Best Stucco protected it's employees from fall hazards of up to 14 feet 4 inches to the ground below in that employees working from the 1st and 2nd buck of a supported scaffold were working without the scaffold platform being fully planked.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(8): At all points of a scaffold where the platform changes direction, such as turning a corner, the platform that rests on a bearer at an angle other than a right angle was not laid first, and platforms which rest at right angles over the same bearer shall be laid second, on top of the first platform: a) 8020 Vaughn Road (Montgomery AL); On or about December 3, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the controlling employer U.S. General Construction, Inc. failed to ensure that it's subcontractor Best Stucco protected it's employees from fall hazards of up to 14 feet 4 inches to the ground below in that employees working from the 1st and 2nd buck of a supported scaffold were crossing between the southern and eastern scaffolds applying stucco where no planking was installed.
