OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: a) First Watch Restaurant located at 5035 Windward Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30009, Front roof and entrance: On or about 09/16/2022, the employer exposed an employee to falls of approximately 12-feet, 2-inches to the lower ground level while working from the tines of a rough terrain forklift truck, in that the employees were unsafely elevated and lowered to the ground level using the JCB 507-42 Rough Terrain Forklift tines as a working surface engaged in demolition work without a proper approved attachment to the forks.
