WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes:    a) On or about December 4, 2015- job site at 206-48 45th Road, Bayside, NY 11361    the employer permitted employees to work near an unguarded floor hole, approximately 7 feet above the next lower     level, without fall protection.    WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.

WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
