29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary: a) Paint booth, flammable and combustible paints were sprayed and several areas of the side walls were heavily coated with black colored overspray, on or about, December 8, 2015. b) Paint Booth, flammable and combustible paints were sprayed and openings into the exhaust plenum were not covered with filters to prevent overspray buildup in the exhaust system, on or about December 8, 2015. c) Paint Booth, flammable and combustible paints were sprayed and the metal spray guns were coated with black colored overspray, on or about, December 8, 2015. "ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED"
