29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) CVS Store 2578, 16 Weyman Avenue, New Rochelle, NY - Receiving/Stock Room: The exit door leading to the parking lot was blocked by containers with merchandise, boxes, a hand truck, a shopping cart, a U-boat cart and other materials; on or about 11/24/15 to 12/3/15. b) CVS Store 2578, 16 Weyman Avenue, New Rochelle, NY - Receiving/Stock Room: Boxes, crates and other materials were stored in aisles and obstructed exit routes leading to the exit door; on or about 11/24/15 to 12/3/15. First Repeat: Connecticut CVS, L.L.C. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 3140664881, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 28, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 279 Boston Post Road, Orange, CT 06477. Second Repeat: CVS Albany, L.L.C.. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314685744, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 26, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 820 Franklin Avenue, Garden City, NY 11530.
