C.S. Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.147(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection #990040, citation 1, item 1 issued on February 5, 2015, and was affirmed as a final order on March 6, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 601 Third Avenue, Eau Claire, WI.
