The grinder was found to be top heavy and it was not secured to the floor to prevent movement or walking. b) North wall of the Tool Shop: A Enco Manufacturing Company drill press, model 126-2240 was found to be top heavy and it was not secured to the floor to prevent movement or walking. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
