29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): The employer did not ensure that a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures was established and implemented to include the provisions of (i)-(ix), as applicable.    a)On or about 12/9/2015 and at times prior to James Built employees working at 390 Riverside Lane in Calvert City, KY were exposed to welding fumes and wearing tight fitting half face air purifying respirators and the employer did not include in the written program the worksite-specific procedures and type of respirator required to be worn.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
