Employees operating these tools at 120 PSI were exposed to struck-by hazards which included plastic and metal collated debris and fasteners as safety glasses and or goggles were not worn.   (b) Front side, new residential construction located at 4956 Kentwood Drive, Marietta, GA 30068: Employee using a Makita (Model 5007F) 7-1/4-inch Circular Saw was exposed to eye injuries while operating this tool without protective eyewear.
