29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) Roof, new townhome construction located at 2273 Tenor Lane, Alpharetta, GA 30009: Employee was exposed to eye injuries while installing 1/2-inch OSB plywood sheathing with a pneumatic framing nail gun without protective eyewear. Employee was exposed to stuck-by hazards which included plastic collated debris and 2-3/8-inch fasteners as no safety glasses or goggles were provided.
