Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. On 12/09/2015, workers from Prize Remodeling LLC were installing roofing felt on a roof of a residential building located at 10 Bal Harbor Court in St. Charles, MO. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. The owner and three employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
