29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures: JOB SITE: 28 Shadow Creek Drive, Saint Peters, MO 63376, on or about 4/6/2017, workers were observed on top of a 5:12 pitch roof, approximately 9' 7" eave to ground level, actively removing old roofing material and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard. The Prize Remodeling, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1110895, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 12/10/2015 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/05/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 10 Bal Harbor Court, Saint Charles, MO 63304.
