29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: Bayland Buildings project site located at 1805 Plover Rd. Plover, WI: On and before 12/9/15, employees were exposed to shock hazards from a temporary electrical installation that was not installed per the equipment's listing and labeling in that a 6/2 SER cable feeding the temp panel was laid on the ground and not strung above ground to protect it from damage.
