1926.403(i)(2)(i)(A)  By location in a room, vault, or similar enclosure that is accessible only to qualified persons.  On or about July 14, 2023, at the worksite located at 1300 Maria Drive, Stevens Point, Wisconsin; workers were exposed to contact with live electrical from a connection made outside of an enclosure.  Specifically, wiring inside of flexible conduit was spliced and connected to the spliced wiring of a three-prong flexible cord.
