29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Block 1, Lot 34: On December 9, 2015 and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to fall hazards while engaged in framing activities on a 6 in 12 pitched roof without a fall protection system in place. Fall hazards ranged from 10 feet to over 25 feet. b) Block 1, Lot 35: On December 9, 2015 and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to fall hazards while engaged in framing activities on a 6 in 12 pitched roof without a fall protection system in place. Fall hazards ranged from 10 feet to over 25 feet. c) Block 1, Lot 35: On December 9, 2015 and at times prior thereto a fall protection system was not in place on the second floor stairway landing. This exposed employees engaged in framing activities on the second floor, to a 10 foot fall hazard. Note) Certification of corrective actions ARE required for this item.
