29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a) In the A-Bay, on Track 27, on or about January 21, 2016 - The employer failed to train a boilermaker on the carcinogenicity, chronic kidney toxicity and acute lung toxicity of cadmium. Boilermakers are exposed to cadmium while torch cutting locomotives.
