On or about December 7, 2015 during the installation of fascia material at the Marcs discount grocery store located at 1413 Amherst St. NE, Massillon, Ohio 44646; the employer did not ensure employees working on the fascia of the Marcs discount grocery store were protected from possible danger of eye injury from impact, or from flying objects from the employees installing and shaping the Styrofoam fascia material.
