(b) Dent Wizard International Corporation;  Wheel Repair Area - The filters were not inspected to insure proper filter media replacement and the filters needed to be changed in several sections of the trailers, on or about December 14, 2015.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

In trailer #2 there were flammable liquids in 1-gallon containers, including but not limited to: RM UR40 low temp reducer; RM DC21NB clear coat; DH57 normal hardner; DP26 primer; and RM DH42 primer, on or about December 14, 2015. These liquids represented more than a day's supply.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.
