29 CFR 1926.501(b)(9): Employees performing overhead bricklaying or related work 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or shall work in a controlled decking zone: a) Construction site, Whole Foods, Canopy over garage ramp - On or about December 9, 2015, employees engaged in bricklaying work, six feet or more above a lower level, were not protected from falling along the unprotected edge of the canopy.
