29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13):The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step. At 13401 W 174th Street in Overland Park, Kansas, were not trained in the proper use of ladders in construction. Employer did not provide training to educate their employees on hazards related to using the top step of the ladder. The ladder has safety stickers and states to not use the top step as a step. Falls from the top of the ladder could result in serious injury or death.
