29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive was less than indicated in Table S1:     a) At the backroom/receiving area, on or about and at times prior to December 16, 2015, the employer did not maintain a 3 feet clearance working space for the safe operation and maintenance access to electrical control panels operating at 480 volts or less for employees performing maintenance operations, exposing employees to a tripping hazard.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:    a) At the backroom/receiving area, on or about December 16, 2015 and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure that the exit door/route was free from all obstructions, resulting in a life safety hazard.    Burlington Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1068600, citation number 1, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 6, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6747 Hadley Road, South Plainfield, New Jersey.
