29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:    Terminal A:     a) Not all water/lavatory workers were provided liquid resistant protective aprons or other protective clothing where there was potential for leaks of human waste during lavatory draining operations.     b) Protective gloves, that were resistant to frequent breakage, were not always available for workers when chemical products that could produce skin irritation were used during plane cleaning operation. When these heavier gloves were not available the light gloves that often tore during use, were used exposing workers to chemical skin irritants.
