29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    On and before January 14, 2016, the following machinery was not properly guarded:    a. The Hamer form, fill, sealing, and bagging machine had barrier guarding that was not in place and secured.    b. The Fuji Ace Robotic palletizer machine had a section of the barrier guarding that was open and not secured.    c. The M.J.Maillis Wulftec pallet/material wrapping machine had sections of the barrier guarding that were open.    d. The Conveying Industries steel mesh conveyor system from the Fuji robotic palletizer to past the Wulftex wrapper machine had single beam light sensing devices for detecting product that could be stepped over while the machinery is operating. Employees could be struck by the rotating robotic palletizer or the circulating wrapper machine.      GREEN VISION MATERIALS, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR IT'S EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION 802282, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 3, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 22, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1291 EAST 289TH. ST., WICKLIFFE, OHIO 44092.
