29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge:  (a)  Between the 6th and 7th floor, in section C, there was no guardrail along the stairway exposing employees  to a 10 foot fall hazard on or about 12/22/2015.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926:   (a) Between the 6th and 7th floor, in section C, there was no guardrail at the stairway landing ledge, exposing employees to a 10 foot fall hazard, on or about 12/22/2015.
