29 CFR 1910.132(h)(1): The employer did not provide the protective equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE), used to comply with this part, at no cost to employees: (a) On or about December 15, 2015, CC, Inc., located at 1030 East Market Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana, was requiring their employees to pay for all PPE. This included respirators, hearing protection, welding leathers, foundry greens, and safety glasses.
