Rizzo Contracting, Inc. dba Rizzo Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 977611, citation number 1, item number 3c and was affirmed as a final order on August 5, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3341 Buffalo Rd. in Erie, PA.
